- Introduction
Welcome to SimplyPrime CRM (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of SimplyPrime CRM’s services, websites, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
- Account Registration and Security
- You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
- Subscription Plans and Fees
- Subscription Plans: The Service is available on a subscription basis with pricing and features outlined on our website.
- Payment: All fees are billed in advance. Payments are non-refundable except as specified in Section 6.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service.
- Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:
- The Service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues caused solely by SimplyPrime CRM.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with features, failure to cancel before renewal, or partial usage.
- Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities.
- Upload harmful or malicious content.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these policies.
- Service Availability
SimplyPrime CRM aims to provide 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime. Compensation is only provided for downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours.
- Data Ownership and Privacy
- User Data: You retain ownership of all data uploaded to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and store your data for providing the Service.
- Privacy: Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available [here].
- Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You fail to pay fees.
- You violate these Terms.
- Required by law or regulatory authorities.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data after a 30-day retention period.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SimplyPrime CRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the last 12 months.
- Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
